Shane T. Kruchten founded War Rhino Inc. in 2018, bringing over 20 years of diverse construction experience across numerous trades. A proud father and the son of a resilient minority woman, Shane’s upbringing and values are deeply rooted in hard work and determination.
Shane’s early exposure to the construction industry came through his father, who worked in the trades. From a young age, he gained hands-on experience and developed a passion for building, which laid the foundation for his career.
As a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran, Shane served with honor until his medical release in 2005. Transitioning back into the workforce, he applied his discipline and skills to the trades, finding his calling in helping shape San Diego’s skyline as a dedicated carpenter.
In 2008, Shane joined a state and federal contracting company, where he quickly rose to the position of lead superintendent. In this role, he successfully managed crews and oversaw high-budget projects valued between $10 million and $30 million.
In 2018, Shane realized his vision by establishing War Rhino Inc., a company built on professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Under his leadership, War Rhino Inc. has become a thriving business dedicated to delivering exceptional results for its clients.
